When I found out I had mold, Black Mold non the less, in my basement, I panicked. I called Health Home Solutions and they immediately made me feel at ease. When they came out to inspect the job they were extremely thorough and understood the urgency of the situation. Matt educated me on not only what they had to do but tell me exactly what other contractors, unaffiliated with them, needed to do to ensure I was not recontaminating my house and what they already re-mediated. They were very courteous of my time and my home while they were here. Might I add this was a large job. They knew how difficult it was ensuring my dogs were kept safe and my time was valuable. It is rare that when contractors leave my house I don’t have to vacuum and scrub but when Matt and his crew left my house I didn’t, it was just fine. I hope I will never need them again, however in the event I do, they will be the first call I make. Thank you Healthy Home Solutions for making my sick house healthy again. I can smell the difference in my air!
